Jeweller
I’m Sara Lois, a jeweller based on the Llyn Peninsula, North Wales. I create simple and contemporary sterling silver and Welsh slate jewellery inspired by my Welsh culture and heritage. I originally started incorporating Welsh slate into my collections when I spotted a heap of old roof tiles sitting neglected in my grandfather’s garden. Combining the use of traditional techniques and modern machinery in the form a laser cutter/engraver I now turns these unwanted pieces of material into treasured items of jewellery.
