I was brought up in Porthmadog and Penrhyndeudraeth, however my grandmother was born and
bred in Blaenau Ffestiniog, and used to tell me stories about her family working in the quarries.
After spending time living and working away, I decided that I wanted to become a Pilates instructor.
My husband and I decided to move back to the area, because of the opportunities that are up and
coming here and we knew that this would be the best place to start a new business. I have started
beginners Pilates classes in Penrhyndeudraeth, Porthmadog and Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Snowdonia itself is what inspires me. As well as having a strong passion for PiIates I have a strong
passion for hiking or running in the mountains, I don’t live far from the Croesor where there is plenty
of quarrying history. I thoroughly enjoy immersing myself in the historic elements of the landscape.
