We are keen to gather feedback on the impact of the LleCHI Scheme, the project will end this year.
What is the LleCHI Scheme?
The Slate Landscape of North West Wales has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2021. The status celebrates the industrial and cultural influence of our area on the rest of the World - it is a celebration of the amazing people, communities and landscape of Gwynedd. The six areas which form the status include parts of Dyffryn Ogwen, Dinorwig Quarry, Dyffryn Nantlle, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gorseddau and Prince of Wales Quarries, and Abergynolwyn to Tywyn.
Alongside the nomination process, Gwynedd Council has been running the LleCHI Scheme (Your Place). It’s aim is to empower, reconnect and revitalize those six communities. The work has included projects to deliver in the areas through interpretation, art, events, exhibitions and the creation of Young Ambassadors and Community and Business Ambassadors.
Who can fill in the Questionnaire? How will the data be used?
The questionnaire if for residents, organisations and businesses. We will use the information to monitor the impact of the LleCHI Scheme and identify any lessons and plan for the future.
Closing Date 29 October, 2021.
